I had the privilege of having a Compassion Key session with Debbie Ellen. At the time, I was really struggling emotionally and physically. I had just lost my mother. I was experiencing a lot of issues with my heart. I was required to wear a heart monitor for 72 hours. It showed almost 16 hours of brachycardia, 5 1/2 hours of tachycardia, and ventricular ectopic activity consisting of 3672 beats. I had been referred to a cardiologist. I wanted help dealing with emotional aspects that might have been contributing to my physical symptoms. In our session, Debbie was very skilled at creating a safe space to explore my wounds, and had the capacity to see to the core of my issues, uncovering some repressed deep inner child wounds that were contributing to my current issues. Her skills in intuition, validation, compassion, and knowledge of what I needed were instrumental in my being able to heal from those past experiences.
